Dress Up that House

July 2008 || We have been thinking a lot about the various materials that can be used to build a house. The hip architecture firm that is based in the Netherlands, MRDV came up with this model of a house made of bundles of old clothing. It is an interesting idea for using old tshirts that you spilled chcolate milk upon. While this example is in a museum and not a building that is lived in or worked in, we still find the concept interesting and possibly a good jumping off place for a creative architect of the future.
